Alpha Sales Consulting was founded by Mike Ballentine, a military veteran with over $50 million in career sales volume across multiple industries.
Mike built Alpha Sales Consulting from scratch, one cold call, one ride-along, and one rep at a time. He works exclusively with home improvement companies and home improvement businesses across Florida, helping their sales teams stop depending on company-generated leads and start creating their own opportunities.
He created the ASAT, the Alpha Sales Aptitude Test, a proprietary 60-question scenario-based assessment built specifically for home improvement companies in-home sales teams. Companies use it to hire smarter, coach with precision, and stop guessing why reps underperform.
His philosophy is simple. Service supersedes sales. The reps who win long term are not the slickest. They are the ones who genuinely care about solving the customer’s problem. That is what he trains.
